My original concept for this blog was to share some of the knowledge I’ve gained helping organisations to manage change. In these strange times I will also post ideas and thoughts that I hope will be of interest and use in getting through the current crisis. If you have ideas and comments you would like to share, please feel free to do so.
At the moment, all of us are being driven to make changes that we perhaps would rather not, leading to a feeling of loss of control. The important thing is to control what we can and adapt to the rest, a bit like the old prayer for serenity -“God, grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference.”
Future posts will comment on what we can’t change and discuss the things we can change and how we might do this.
